• 12 studio units which sleep up to 3 people. 2 of the units have full access facilities. All units include normal kitchen equipment, Queen size beds, SKY TV, teletext. Guests have access to indoor spa, laundry, freezer, fax, email, internet
• 4 x 1-bedroom units. These sleep up to 5 people. All units have facilities as for studio units. There are additional TV points in bedrooms
• 2 x 2-bedroom units. These sleep up to 6 people. The units have full kitchen including stove as well as the other features available in studio and 1 bedroom units

Units are sunny, spacious and modern. Some units include spa baths. Off-street parking is provided with some under cover. Outside security surveillance provided.

Ulster Lodge is centrally located within walking distance of city shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, Founders Theatre, Seddon Park, Waikato Stadium, Waikato River Walkway, Golf Driving Range. Within 10 minutes drive of Waterworld, Hamilton Zoo, Waipa Delta, Claudelands Event Centre, Ruakura Research Centre and Waikato University and Wintec. The motel access is from Abbotsford St which takes you off the busy Ulster St. There is an adjoining superette.

There is a nearby bus stop for buses travelling north or into the city.

Hamilton is within 1.5hours of Auckland, Coromandel Peninsula, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua and Waitomo.
